At a time when banks were, at best, a little stuffy, PNC wanted to bring a decidedly personal approach to personal finance. We elevated the brand’s flagship digital product, Virtual Wallet, by creating documentaries about the actual people using it to pursue their goals and dreams. We created an approachable design to demystify the processes around accounts and balances. And we applied that philosophy across a multitude of the bank’s digital properties.
